After Notre Dame Offer, 2019 TX RB King Doerue Wants To Visit

Notre Dame dropped by Tascosa High School in Amarillo, Texas on Monday to get a look at King Doerue‍.

It didn’t take long to find out the 2019 Texas running back had passed the eye test as the Irish extended a scholarship offer the following day.

“They came to my school on Monday,” Doerue said. “I talked with Coach (Brian) Polian (on Tuesday) and he told me about the offer.

“They liked what they saw when they came on Monday.
