Top 2019 WR Target Back On The Board

2019 North Carolina WR Donny Greene was never really off the board for the Irish, but after his decommitment from Duke on Tuesday, Notre Dame is likely to ramp up its pursuit.

Notre Dame hosted Donavon Greene‍ for an unofficial visit last fall and then in February, the Irish extended an offer to the 2019 North Carolina wide receiver.

The Mount Airy High School star would go on to offer a verbal commitment to Duke a month later, but Notre Dame never backed off its pursuit of the 6-foot-2, 183-pound speedster.

In fact, a source tells Irish Sports Daily Notre Dame was at the school on Monday to watch Greene work out.
