Elite 2019 WR Has Set An Unofficial Visit To Notre Dame

2019 Warren Central (Ind.) receiver David Bell‍ tells me he will be in South Bend on June 10th for an unofficial visit. The four-star prospect has been a prospect the Irish have been recruiting for almost two years but he's never shown too much interest in Notre Dame. 

The 6-foot-2, 180-pounder is the top receiver in the Midwest and some think he's one of the top receivers in the country.
