2019 five-star forward Isaiah Stewart released his Top 10 last week with Notre Dame included and Irish continue to get more good news from the 6-foot-8, 230-pounder.

Per a source, Stewart will return to South Bend on Thursday for a visit, which gives Mike Brey, Ryan Humphrey, Ryan Ayers and Rod Balanis another chance to impress the La Lumiere (Ind.) standout.

The Irish will continue to battle Duke, Georgetown, Indiana, Louisville, Michigan State, Syracuse, Texas, Villanova and Washington for Stewart’s commitment, but it’s clear Notre Dame should be considered a major player here.

Stewart was a well-known name on the EYBL (Elite Youth Basketball League) and recruiting circuit, but he turned in dominant performances in last month’s Nike EYBL in Atlanta as he averaged 20.3 points, 11.5 rebounds and 2.8 blocks in four wins. The Rochester (N.Y.) native also shot 65.4 percent from the floor.

For his efforts, Stewart was named MVP in Atlanta.

ATL EYBL Game Log
Game 1: 20 points (9-21 FG), 17 rebounds, one assist and one block
Game 2: 27 points (12-15 FG), 12 rebounds and three blocks
Game 3: 11 points (5-6 FG), seven rebounds, two assists and one block.
Game 4: 23 points, (8-10 FG), 10 rebounds and three blocks.

Brey and Ayers made the trip to La Lumiere in April to see Stewart. It's also becoming clear to those around his recruitment that Stewart gets what Notre Dame is about and the opportunities he would have in South Bend.
