Mike Frank Practice Observations

Today’s practice was a bit slower-paced that I thought it would be, but after a day off, it might not be best to go full speed.  

The players were in full pads, but there wasn’t any tackling allowed, and a pretty short whistle when they were involved in team and 7 on 7 stuff.  

So far, knock on wood, ND hasn’t had much in regards to injuries.
