Uyeyama's Notre Dame Practice Observations | August 9th

It was breezy day today. The heat was definitely not a factor for the Irish as they took the field after a day off given to them by Brian Kelly.

There was no tackling today in team drills (not even thud) so that impacted the physicality of the practice. It shouldn’t have had an impact on the speed of things, but I didn’t think the competition level was where I expected it to be.

Even though that was the case, there were still several positives to take out of today.
