Notre Dame offensive coordinator Chip Long spoke about the progress of his offense on Wednesday afternoon. 

On quarterback improvement from the spring:
“They’re both playing really well. They have a good grasp of the offense. I feel like we can win with both of them. For me, how do we get a Jafar Armstrong or Avery Davis as much experience and real-time situations as we can get each day with them.
