Autry Denson Notebook

Notre Dame running backs coach Autry Denson spoke about his stable of backs on Wednesday. 

On Jafar Armstrong:
“I knew who Jafar was and I knew who he was since we started recruiting him. He was trying to get in the running back room anyway. When he finally made the jump, it was natural. 

“When you look at him, God has blessed him physically. He has huge legs and a really big guy. He was a big receiver, but he loves it and wants to be in that room.
