When people say “SEC football”, they are thinking Alabama. There are some college football fans who might even forget that Vanderbilt plays in the same conference.

Those fans might not be aware that Vandy has athletes on their roster that can compete with top players in their conference. The problem is that they don’t have enough of them as the best programs they are competing against.

They have more than enough to beat good teams if those teams don’t play well, though.
