Athletic-Academic Blend "Very Appealing" To WR Genson Hooper

Genson Hooper’s mother has stressed the importance of academics his entire life and that notion was crystalized for the 2019 Texas wide receiver as he went through the process of choosing a high school.

Before deciding to attend St. John’s School in Houston, Hooper was also considering one of the local public schools.

“My coach actually explained it to me very well before I came to high school,” Hooper told Irish Sports Daily on Wednesday.
