It’s easy to take the negatives from a game like Saturday’s and focus on those. That’s kind of what Notre Dame fans do best. Grab what went wrong and let it eat away at them no matter what the outcome of the game is.

When I watch and then rewatch the games, I do my best to be balanced when analyzing what went wrong while remembering a lot went right as well.

Northwestern has the second best defense that the Irish have faced this season. They are physical and well-coached.
