Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly spoke following the 42-13 win over Florida State.

On quarterback Brandon Wimbush:
“He’s a competitor. He wants to win for his teammates and Notre Dame. He’s a great teammate. He’s been that way all year, whether he’s been in a starting or backup role. That’s why I took the timeout to take him out of the game. He deserves that kind of recognition as he stepped in and he led our football team when we needed him.
