Recruitment Rundown
Notre Dame hosted Hamilton in November of 2017 and it eventually led to an offer from the Irish a few months later. Following visits to Duke, Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame and Ohio State, Hamilton committed to Notre Dame on April 24th, 2018. The Mendoza School of Business was major part in Hamilton’s decision as well as his relationship with Terry Joseph.

ISD expert Jamie Uyeyama
The only big thing I see missing from Williams’ game is elite speed. I say that and he runs away from defenders all the time, but I just don’t see the kind of long speed to think he will be a home run hitter at the next level.

Then again, one of the knocks on Julian Love was that he didn’t have elite speed, but the film didn’t lie. He was a dominant two-way football player who ended up developing into an All-American corner for the Irish.

I don’t know if we’ll see that same kind of thing with Williams, but he is a prospect with a very high floor. It’s very likely he’s going to be a valuable contributor for Notre Dame’s offense because of his skill and toughness. His versatility could see him earn playing time early in his college career.

Favorite quote to ISD
“When we were at Junior Day, we were sitting in the running backs room, and he was very motivational. Even my dad said he was ready to play after Coach Denson was done speaking.”
