SB Nation’s Bill Connelly is one of my favorite football writers because he thinks outside of the box. There are very few who look at college football like he does and he’s constantly attempting to evolve his rating system, S&P+, with different metrics to more accurately assess teams.

He makes me think the game differently than I used to and that’s why I enjoy reading him so much.
