Spring Position Battles | Buck Linebacker

Notre Dame had a linebacker, Te’von Coney, playing at an elite level at Buck (Will) at the end of 2017 and the good news was that he was returning in 2018. It could have been bad news that he was moving to Mike linebacker and they would need to replace him, but that wasn’t the case.

Drue Tranquill slid over from the Rover position and ended up having a very productive year despite playing through some injuries.
