Elite RB Seth McGowan Considering Notre Dame Official

Last month, Seth McGowan‍ released an “Elite Eight” of schools to focus on moving forward.

The elite 2020 Texas running back’s list included Georgia, Oklahoma, Ohio State, USC, LSU, Alabama, Notre Dame and Texas A&M.

More than a month later, a hierarchy among the schools seems to have developed with McGowan saying he plans on taking official visits to Oklahoma, Georgia, Texas A&M and USC.
