Todd Lyght is on the West Coast this week and the Notre Dame defensive backs coach made sure to see one of the Irish’s top targets as soon as he got there, dropping in on 2020 California cornerback Clark Phillips on Monday.
NCAA rules limit the amount of in-person contact allowed during these visits, but Lyght has stayed in consistent contact with Phillips and his family.
