Dexter Williams did not play the first four games of 2018, but he made the most of his ¾ of a season. He averaged 110 yards per game, matching Josh Adams’ production from a year earlier, and scored 12 rushing touchdowns.

Notre Dame was looking for a RB1 to replace Adams and found it in Williams.

This spring at running back was partially about finding who is going to replace or surpass Williams production.
