Doan's success equals ND's success. He must have a very good season.

I used to take Doans for backaches.

I would prefer that the receivers are getting open and making the catches,

rather than running backs. but either way is good.

If Coan has 3 TD (assume passing), that also means our receivers are getting open (as noted by StJoeGael), which is really good also, I have an almost unhealthy confidence in our running game (when was the last time you could say that).

We run, we win.

The only way I'd want the answer to not be Coan is if you replace him with Pyne or Buchner. We need a good passing game.

If Tyree doesn't get 100+ yards or MTA doesn't get a sack and a half, I'm not in the least bit concerned about them moving forward, because they can still do work, even if it may not show up as much on the stat sheet.

But Coan's production is indicative to our success to becoming a more versatile offense.
