To the ISD Community. My two cents. Fickell would be a terrible hire he absolutely failed when he tool over Ohio St. He he can't succeed there he will never succeed at ND. Also at Cincy he has Ridder who is making him look good as a coach.

My top picks not mentioned anywhere are Tom Allen from IU and Jeff Brohm. I also like Matt Ruhle. Any of these would be HR hires. Nobody is talking about any of them except Ruhle.
