Well, I guess as the ISD staff says......pay attention to their actions.

While they haven't decommitted, at a minimum they are clearly looking around.

Not the end of the world, but not a good thing.

I think the staff just has to continue to recruit and hope they win in the end. No use picking up your ball and going home.
