I wasn't sure if this one was going to come or not, but Notre Dame has extended an offer to 2019 G Joseph Girard, a prolific scorer out of New York.

He's had a serious interest in ND for a long time, but Duke, Michigan and Syracuse are also strongly in the mix

His father played for John Beilein, which is one reason Michigan is so deeply in the mix here.
