Freeman headed to the NE on Thursday
Notre Dame head coach Marcus Freeman and Chad Bowden will make a quick stop to check on 2023 DE commit Keon Keeley on Thursday before heading to New Jersey to see 2022 commits Steve Angeli and Jayden Bellamy. I also believe Freeman will head to Massachusetts to see Ty Chan as well.Tommy Rees will be in Mass. regardless today even if Freeman and Bowden can't make it. Edit. There is a heavy fog in Florida right now that's complicating a few things, so we'll keep you posted.

Tommy Rees headed to Louisiana (and Wisconsin) and More
Notre Dame's assistants will be scooting around the country to see some of its top 2022 targets. Tommy Rees got on a private jet this morning will be in to see top 2022 offensive lineman Billy Schrauth today. I believe the Schrauth family has a great relationship with Rees and him staying will only be a good thing for this recruitment. From all indications, Rees and McNulty will also make their already planned stop in New Jersey on Friday to visit with 2022 QB commit Steve Angeli. They'll probably see 2022 DB commit Jayden Bellamy, but I believe Chris O'Leary and Mike Mickens will be up there too. Rees will also get down to Louisiana to visit 2022 Notre Dame WR commit Amorion Walker. LSU is pushing here and Brian Kelly stating he has to keep home talent in-state will surely make this one interesting along with Michigan coming hard after the news earlier this week. Lance Taylor will be in Texas today to visit 2022 RB commit JD Price. Chris O'Leary will head to Florida on Friday and will be joined by other coaches to conduct an in-home with 2022 defensive back and former commit Devin Moore. That will be a big one to ease Moore's concerns and simply see him after Florida was in earlier this week.I believe Mike Elston will still make his trip down to check on 2023 DE commit Keon Keeley today as well, but he'll be in Virginia to see 2022 DE commit Aiden Gobaira.

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Irish Sports Daily rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Irish Sports Daily Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Irish Sports Daily readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.

Example #1

If the predicted school is Notre Dame and confidence is set to “High”, then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Notre Dame and I feel very certain about that.”

Example #2

If the predicted school is “Alabama” and confidence is set to “Low,” then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Alabama, but I’m not very certain about that.”
