Notre Dame offensive coordinator Tommy Rees would probably tell you 2022 quarterback recruiting wasn't the smoothest, but many coaches were in the same boat as prospects couldn’t workout in front of the staff last summer. 

Rees got his first offer in Steve Angeli‍ at the end of the day and the Bergen Catholic (N.J.) star has been excellent as a recruiter since his commitment.
