2022 QB Steven Angeli | Game One Highlights
2022 Bergen Catholic (N.J.) QB Steve Angeli finally got his 2020 season started last weekend as he took over the reins as QB1. In his first varsity start, Angeli was 17-of-29 for 220 yards and two touchdowns. You can see his arm strength and ability to reset himself, which is good for a player without too much experience. I was impressed with his vision and quick release as well. Angeli showed good touch and accuracy. I think both will only improve as the season goes as he could have likely take some heat off a couple of throws. I would have liked to have seen a few more deep balls, but you can clearly see he can make them in the few clips he posted. He's not going to break one 50 yards on a regular basis with his legs, but he's mobile enough to get outside the pocket and create plays with his legs. Definitely expected a good performance and he delivered. https://www.hudl.com/video/3/11629679/5f7a44dff31c850accd2638f

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Irish Sports Daily rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Irish Sports Daily Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Irish Sports Daily readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.
