The Latest | 2023 QB Brayden Dorman
2023 Vista Ridge (Colo.) quarterback Brayden Dorman made his return to South Bend on Tuesday as he was just on campus Saturday for a visit. This trip was about fieldwork and not the bells and whistles. Dorman felt he performed well and really enjoyed getting coached up by offensive coordinator/quarterback coach Tommy Rees. It was more than just a camp as Rees took the time to make sure each quarterback was also learning. "I learned a lot about him as a coach which was nice to finally get that feeling," Dorman said. "I loved his coaching style. He has very translatable game-like drills, which I love. And it was good to compete with all the guys there." The 6-foot-5, 197-pounder will now finish out his June by hitting Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Mississippi State, Ohio State, Ole Miss, South Carolina and Tennessee. Quick note on 2023 QB Brayden Dorman
2023 Vista Ridge (Colo.) QB Brayden Dorman was just on campus on Saturday as he got the tour and time with Tommy Rees. The 6-foot-5, 197-pounder then made his way to East Lansing and spent Sunday and Monday visiting Michigan State. Dorman got back into South Bend earlier on Monday evening as he'll be camping at Notre Dame tomorrow. He wasn't able to workout on Saturday as colleges only get a certain number of days for workouts, so using a camp day for one player isn't wise. It'll be interesting to see if he can earn an offer as Notre Dame does need to extend the 2023 board right now as the three offers out right now aren't overly realistic at this point. Dorman throws a good ball and has height, which is something that is attractive. It's been a crazy schedule as we've noted for Dorman as he visited Michigan State, Notre Dame and Wisconsin since the dead period ended last Tuesday. It will only get crazier as he'll camp and visit Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Mississippi State, Ohio State, Ole Miss, South Carolina and Tennessee over the rest of this month. National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Irish Sports Daily rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Irish Sports Daily Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Irish Sports Daily readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.
