2025 QB Cutter Boley Names Top 5
4 days after announcing a Top 10, 2025 Lexington Christian Academy (Ky.) quarterback Cutter Boley has announced a top 5 before his commitment on Thursday afternoon. Notre Dame made the cut of 10, but as expected, Notre Dame did not make the final five. Boley will choose from Florida State, Kentucky, Michigan, Penn State and Tennessee. Boley has been trending towards staying home in Lexington for quite a while and it will be interesting to see if he reclassifies back to the 2024 recruiting class after moving to 2025 last spring when Kentucky passed a rule giving high school kids another year due to COVID. 2025 QB Cutter Boley | Top 10
2025 Lexington Christian Academy (Ky.) QB Cutter Boley has named his top 10 and Notre Dame has made the cut. Boley will focus his recruitment on Alabama, Florida State, Kentucky, Miami, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oregon, Penn State, TCU and Tennessee. Right now, Notre Dame likely isn't in the lead, but the family does understand the value of what the university can provide as his sister started her basketball career at Notre Dame. Boley visited Notre Dame earlier this spring as well. One aspect of his recruitment we're continuing to monitor is if Boley decides to reclassify for a second time. Boley was originally a 2024 prospect, but he reclassified last spring to 2025 as Kentucky and created the Supplemental School Year Program as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Obviously, if Boley moves back into the 2024 class, then he's off the board for the Irish. National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Irish Sports Daily rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Irish Sports Daily Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Irish Sports Daily readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.
