USC lands top QB
USC landed 2026 Carrollton (Ga.) QB Julian Lewis this morning. The 6-foot-1, 185-pounder is the No. 1 player in 2026 and held close to 40 offers, including Notre Dame. Big win for USC and one that could pay off sooner than later for Lincoln Riley as it would be surprising if Lewis didn't reclassify to 2025. Lewis through for 4,118 yards, 49 touchdowns and 12 interceptions as a true freshman against the top competition in Georgia last fall. https://www.hudl.com/video/3/16619589/6359cbcc386d9c0c1c32a9e5Blue/Gold Notre Dame Fighting Irish 7'' x 19'' x 23'' Small Stadium Oval Dog Bed

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Irish Sports Daily rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Irish Sports Daily Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Irish Sports Daily readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.
