2026 Hartfield Academy (Miss.) safety Bralan Womack? camped at Notre Dame on Sunday and left with an offer from the Fighting Irish.

Caught up with 2026 Hartfield Academy (Miss.) safety Bralan Womack following Irish Invasion. - Womack came to Notre Dame wanting to earn the offer and he did. Marcus Freeman offered him following camp and it was an impactful conversation as Womack was quoting the Notre Dame head coach minutes after the conversation. "They change the world. That's the biggest thing about Notre Dame." - The composite five-star safety came up with his father and uncle and it's a safe bet they will be back and with Womack's mother. It's very clear Notre Dame and the football left a positive impression on the entire family. - Womack will be on campus tomorrow and he'll be able to watch Notre Dame workout as most of the team is back on campus. - He also likes Notre Dame's defense as they are playmakers who make plays on the football. Womack is a ballhawk so not surprising to hear he is excited about Al Golden's defense. - Marty Biagi has done a great job with Womack and his family. It's very clear there is a great deal of respect for Biagi and probably more importantly, the Womacks saw everything and more that Biagi described of Notre Dame. - As far as Deuce Knight, Womack did pick him off today so there has been a little trash talk already. That said, Knight and Womack are going golfing tomorrow and keep in mind Deuce has been a golfer for three days while Womack has never golfed. They will be teammates next weekend at the OT7 Finals for 7-on-7. And one interesting note is Womack has never seen Knight without Notre Dame gear on. "He's very vocal about Notre Dame. I don't think I've ever seen him outside his house without Notre Dame on. I think he probably has Notre Dame pajamas and a Notre Dame bedsheet." - I have made a prediction for Notre Dame to land Womack. He will visit Ohio State next, but I think it's very clear he's leaving the state of Mississippi for school.
