Notre Dame Staff Confirms Interest Level In 2021 DB Daylan Carnell

Daylan Carnell‍ knew Notre Dame was interested in him enough to extend a scholarship offer to him during a campus visit last month.

But on Saturday, the 2021 Indianapolis defensive back was able to get a better understanding of that interest.

“Everything was good,” the Indianapolis native told Irish Sports Daily. “Everything was smooth.”

Carnell had the chance to speak with defensive backs coaches Terry Joseph and Todd Lyght along with head coach Brian Kelly.
