When Notre Dame invited Nicholas Singleton‍ back to campus just a month after his first trip, it seemed like a good bet the Irish would offer the 2022 Pennsylvania running back and that’s exactly what happened.

“Coach (Brian) Kelly took me into his office,” Singleton explained. “He talked about how great of a player I was and the whole academic side of Notre Dame.

“After that, he offered me a full scholarship.
