New Offer Notes

The offers have slowed down in the last couple of weeks for 2021 recruits and this is how it will likely be going forward. The board Notre Dame has now is going to expand slightly once they get through the spring and the May evaluation period, but we’ll also see it contract like it did this week with offensive lineman Wyatt Milum‍ committing to West Virginia.
