Notre Dame Facing a Different USC

There aren't many absolutes in college football. Things change pretty quickly. One minute Tom Herman is supposed to be the next coach at LSU, the next he is waiting on an offer from Texas. Oh, and as of this moment he is still the coach at Houston. Everything is fluid.

At the start of the season Clay Helton was on his way to getting fired from USC only four games into his first year. Eight weeks later and he probably deserves to be mentioned as a coach of the year candidate.
