Observations | Day Three | Elite 11

The Elite 11 wrapped up at Oakland High School (Tenn.) on Wednesday morning as the quarterbacks ended the camp with some competitive target practice. 

It was an interesting day for many prospects as the quarterbacks were asked to get the ball through a target while working on drops and footwork. Each target was timed and two-seconds were deducted each time they hit the target and if they got the ball through, then they moved to the next target.
