Frank Commentary

Signing day is always one of my favorite times of the year.  This is year is no different.  We’ve come accustomed to knowing Notre Dame won’t sign the top class, but we keep hoping for a Top 5 class in the future.  This one won’t get Notre Dame there, but there are a whole lot of great prospects in this class.
