With Notre Dame’s 2021 class mostly wrapped up at this point, it’s now time to turn our focus to 2022 recruiting.  The actual “numbers” that ND will sign is probably pretty much up in the air at this point due to a number of issues.  

One factor being the potential transfer rule that is expected to be adopted soon by the NCAA.
