Video | Notre Dame LB Commit Nolan Ziegler Dominates in Playoffs
2022 Catholic Central (Mich.) linebacker Nolan Ziegler and the state of Michigan had been waiting to finish the football season after a long delay. The Cougars hadn’t played since November 6 as the COVID-19 pandemic forced Catholic Central’s opponent to forfeit on November 13 and then the state postponed the season until this weekend.
Ziegler and his teammates showed zero rust as they bullied Oakridge 58-7 as the second half was played with a running clock.
The Notre Dame commit flashed his athleticism, explosion, power and vision during the two quarters he played. Ziegler is a nightmare coming off the edge at the high school level, but he also has the ability cover ground very quickly, which will serve him well at the next level.
