ISD Audio | Hear Brian Polian Talk "Coaching and Teaching Generation Z"

Notre Dame assistant Brian Polian was sitting in Saint John’s High School in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts on December 12th, 2019 with Alex Zequeira, the school’s headmaster, and Irish head coach Brian Kelly.

Kelly asked Zequeira if he had any advice on dealing with large group’s of young men.

Zequeira’s answer crystallized a lot of the thoughts Polian had been sorting through over the past few years and ultimately became one of the key inspirations for his debut book, “Coaching and Teaching Generation Z: Honor the Relationships.”
