Season Review: Safety

The coaches were saying all the right things about Max Redfield. Again.

It was now or never for Redfield as a senior. He had appeared to have bounced back after an average spring where he was replaced as the number one safety by early enrollee Devin Studstill.

Then one day in camp, we saw him get kicked out of 7 on 7 drill. It sure looked like the old Max that Notre Dame fans had been used to seeing for most of the previous two seasons. The good never seemed to stick with him.
