No one came into the game thinking points would come easy against Wisconsin’s defense. Things played out mostly how everyone predicted in that aspect.

3.5 yards per play and 3.4 on 1st down sums up greatly how difficult it was for the Irish offense all day. Six three-and-outs and a 27.5% Havoc Rate for the Wisconsin defense fit with all of this too.

The opponent played a big role in the results. There is more to it than that, though. And more than just the issues with the offensive line.
