The Art of Recruiting

Way back in the late 1990’s I was sitting in an office at FSU with an assistant coach and the State of Florida’s top Offensive Line recruit. My job at the time was to set up on campus visits and coordinate the meetings between the coaches and prospects. On this day, I was lucky enough to see a process that is the lifeblood of a football program.
