When playing a defense as bad as Georgia Tech’s, it can be difficult to pull out meaningful takeaways. Then again, when Notre Dame’s offense does what they did against anybody, it can’t be denied that they played a fantastic game.

It seemed like Tommy Rees could do no wrong with any call he made. Jack Coan, who averaged a whopping 14.3 yards per attempt, was on point as well with probably his best game of the year. When he needed to throw it away, he did.
