2023 Texas cornerback Javien Toviano‍ has been on Notre Dame’s recruiting board since being offered a scholarship by the Irish last March.

The Irish have been trying to get the Martin High School star up to South Bend ever since and Toviano expressed interest in doing exactly that.

While he hasn’t made the trip yet, Toviano continues to say it’s a priority for him and not just to people connected to Notre Dame.
