2024 LB Cayden Jones "Excited" By Notre Dame Offer

After visiting South Bend for the USC game last fall, 2024 North Carolina linebacker Cayden Jones was fired up to land an offer from the Irish last week.

Al Golden wanted to wish Cayden Jones‍ a Happy St. Patrick’s Day on Thursday and the Notre Dame defensive coordinator also wanted to let the 2024 North Carolina linebacker know he had a scholarship offer from the Irish.

“We're excited,” Jones told Irish Sports Daily. “It's Notre Dame. I love playing defense and I'm definitely a defensive guy and they're known for playing hard-nosed defense and that's what I'm about.
