Around the same time Kenny Minchey‍ reported a new offer from Notre Dame late last month, the Irish reestablished contact with another top quarterback in the Class of 2023.

Avery Johnson‍ already had an offer from Notre Dame, so there was nothing to report in that respect, but the Irish made it clear the Kansas native was back on their board and have continued to do so ever since.
