2024 Georgia OL Andrew Rosinski Previews Notre Dame Stop
Andrew Rosinski couldn’t make it up to Notre Dame the first couple times he was invited, but the 2024 Georgia offensive lineman will be in South Bend for this weekend’s game against Clemson.
“I'm just looking forward to being up there,” the 6-foot-6, 272-pounder told Irish Sports Daily.
“During the spring, I had Chad Bowden invite me up for a camp in April. Then, Dre Brown invited me during May. I set it up a couple months ago, so it's pretty cool for it to start heading back around.”
Rosinski comes in with high expectations.
“It's an iconic school,” the Creekview High School standout said. “There's not much else you could say about it. It's a Power Five program with a history of success. What else are you looking for, really?
“I'm looking forward to seeing the atmosphere, especially with this big of a game going against a Top 5 opponent. It's just exciting to see that and just look around the campus.”
Rosinski has early offers from Duke, Mississippi State, East Carolina and Charlotte.
“I'm excited,” he said. “I'm just kind of hoping to see where it goes from here. It's pretty early on in the process.”
Rosinski looks back on the fact that he was a 195-pound tight end as a freshman a couple years ago.
“So, seeing myself where I'm at now is exciting, to say the least,” said Rosinski.
He attributes the 80-pound growth to his school’s weight room and “just eating as much as I physically can.”
He’s already made visits to Duke, Mississippi State, East Carolina, Wake Forest and Virginia this fall with another trip coming up.
“I've got the Mississippi State-UGA game next week and then just kind of feeling it out from where that goes afterwards.”
