Jerod and Jacob Smith‍ already made the decision to leave home once, when the 2024 twin defensive linemen made the choice to leave Kentucky for Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Conn.

“The level of academics and football and this great school,” Jerod says explaining the move to Loomis.

“I've gotten a lot out of it. I've gotten better academically, more prepared for college and then sports-wise, I've developed more and became a better player.
