Notre Dame Commit Tracker
Cam Williams has shown exactly why he’s so highly-coveted by Notre Dame as the 2024 Irish receiver commit has put on a show so far during his senior season at Glenbard South High School.
But the Irish’s other receiver commits in the Class of 2024 have been no slouches either this fall and turned in strong performances again this past weekend.
Logan Saldate caught six passes for 101 yards, including a 56-yard touchdown catch, in Palma’s 31-30 victory over Hollister. And that was before departing with an ankle injury in the second half.
Micah Gilbert didn’t come away with a victory, but managed nine receptions for 118 yards and a score for Charlotte Christian, who fell to Rabun Gap 28-13. Gilbert’s teammate and fellow Notre Dame commit, defensive lineman Bryce Young, registered 13 tackles in the loss as well.
Meanwhile, Williams, who has seemed to have monster games each week, managed to score a rushing touchdown to help Glenbard South win a close one over South Elgin, 14-13.
CJ SETS IT OFF: 2024 Irish quarterback commit CJ Carr seems to always have efficient games, but he was able to put on a true show this past weekend, completing 25 of 31 passes for 312 yards and four touchdowns in Saline’s 43-7 win over Huron.
ANEYAS GOES OFF TOO: Aneyas Williams had a night…well at least half a night.
The Notre Dame running back commit scored five touchdowns in the first half as Hannibal trounced Kirksville, 53-0.
Williams scored on runs of 38, 21 and 24 yards while catching scoring passes of 19 and 22 yards. He has 19 touchdowns on the season and 121 for his career. His 121 career touchdowns are fourth-most in Missouri history while his 767 points also rank fourth.
DEFENDERS SHINE TOO: As gaudy as the numbers the Irish offensive commits have put up this year, linebacker commit Bodie Kahoun numbers have been simply ridiculous. Kahoun notched another 25 tackles this past weekend in Patrick Henry’s 48-22 win over Pulaski County. Halfway through the season, Kahoun has already surpassed the 100-tackle mark.
Cornerback commit Karson Hobbs came up with a pick in Moeller’s 38-7 win over Elder.
New Irish defensive line commit Joseph Reiff registered nine tackles, a sack and 3.5 tackles behind the line of scrimmage while also forcing a fumble in York’s 32-21 win over Downers Grove North.
Defensive tackle commit Sean Sevillano Jr. has proven to be a handful in the middle all year for Clearwater Academy and was just that this past weekend, finishing with 13 tackles, including two sacks and eight tackles for a loss as his squad defeated Brentwood Academy and top 2025 quarterback George MacIntyre.
Safety commit Taebron Bennie-Powell grabbed a pick-six in Lakota West’s 59-7 blowout of Oak Hills.
