Notre Dame started a little slow on Saturday afternoon but also left no doubt who the dominant team was on Saturday as the Irish rolled Pitt 58-7. 

It was a game where Notre Dame’s defense overwhelmed Pitt from start to finish as the Panthers tallied just 255 total yards, which included 53 rushing yards. The Irish offense might have had two early turnovers, but Sam Hartman moved the ball up and down the field for most of the day as Notre Dame only had one three-and-out.
