Notre Dame Will Face Army at Yankee Stadium in 2024 Shamrock Series Game
Notre Dame will take its show on the road to Yankee Stadium on November 23, 2024 as the Fighting Irish will face Army.
The game will mark the 100th anniversary of the Four Hoursemen and the game they became known for as Notre Dame upset Army 13-7 in 1924.
It will be the third time the Shamrock Series will hit Yankee Stadium and the Irish are 2-0 in those matchups. The most recent was the 36-3 victory over Syracuse in 2018, while Notre Dame defeated Army 27-3 in 2010 in front of 54,251 fans.
Notre Dame is also a perfect 11-0 in Shamrock Series games.
This will also be the 52nd meeting between the two programs and Notre Dame leads the all-time series 39-8-4. Notre Dame and Army have played at the home of the Yankees 23 times with 22 of those games coming at the original Yankee Stadium.
NBC and Peacock will broadcast the matchup.
